    Health and wellness is more than having a great workout. In our center, we create a judgement-free space where you can pursue your individual fitness goals. We offer cardio machines and a weight area with a range of equipment for everyone, including options for members with limited mobility. Staff are available to help create a workout plan with you and to keep you motivated.

  • Group Exercise

    Group Exercise

    Our experienced staff will challenge your mind and body in all of our fitness classes. Instructors will keep you motivated through exercises that can be tailored to your skill level. We have comfortable, warm-water pools for our group water classes that are easy on joints.

  • Personal Training

    Personal Training

    Our personal trainers are ready to meet and design a program just for you. Beginning with a free consultation you can get to know your trainer to discuss your goals and find a good fit for your needs. Personal training offers flexibility to fit with your schedule and find ways to achieve your goals within our fitness center and in your every day life.

    Salud Para Todos

    Español: Salud Para Todos es un programa gratuito de salud y bienestar para personas que hablan espanol, ¡hombres y mujeres de todas las edades! Hay una variedad de actividades que incluyen yoga, clases de acondicionamiento físico y mesas de español/inglés para que los estudiantes de idiomas practiquen entre sí.

    English: Salud Para Todos is a free health and wellness program for Spanish speaking individuals – men and women of all ages! There are a variety of activities including yoga, fitness classes, and Spanish/English language tables for language learners to practice with one another.

    Our youth classes are more than just fun! From self-esteem and self-efficacy to a positive relationship with physical activity – we prepare kids for future success through our youth program. Particularly with so many bodies of water nearby, safety in and around water is an essential skill to learn young.
