Amy has over 20 years of non-profit experience serving the Greater Green Bay area. Throughout her career, Amy has demonstrated a commitment to community service, a talent for mission-driven leadership, and a passion for meeting the diverse health and well-being needs of the Greater Green Bay community. Amy is proud to be a partner in our shared mission to eliminate racism and empower women and to make a positive impact in our community.

Human Resource Specialist (she/her)

Amanda has over 15 years of human resources experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sector. She received a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and enjoys all aspects of HR, specifically onboarding and employee engagement. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys curling and coaching girls high school volleyball.

Accounting and Finance Specialist (he/him)

Andy has over 25 years of financial and accounting experience. He received a BA from St Norbert College with a major in Accounting. He is certified as an Enrolled Agent and operates his own business, Andy Leiterman Tax preparation and Accounting, LLC.

Development Executive Support (She/Her)

Christine has 20+ years of leadership experience in development, program management, marketing, and innovation, working for financial services and not-for-profit organizations in Northeast Wisconsin. She was previously a volunteer at YWCA, while earning her Nonprofit Leadership Certificate from UW-Green Bay. As a Green Bay native, she’s excited to contribute to YWCA’s mission to empower women through economic advancement, social justice, and health and safety in the community she loves.

Member Services Coordinator (she/her)

Beth has over 12 years of non-profit experience concentrating in customer service. She enjoys meeting new people, interacting with members, and helping to ensure that everyone’s YWCA experience meets their physical, emotional, and social needs. Beth is originally from the Upper Peninsula and has lived in the Green Bay area for 7 years. In her free time, she loves to read, bake, cook, and, most importantly, spend time with her grandbabies.

Healthy Aging Coordinator (she/her)

Over 15 years of experience working with the active aging population, excited to step into the role of Healthy Aging Coordinator. Throughout her career, she has passionately focused on aging education and leading group exercise classes that promote health and vitality among older adults.

Director of Women’s Programs (she/her)

Jessica is a visionary and results-driven leader with a strong background in family programming, nonprofit management, and community engagement. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Business minor from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. She brings over five years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, complemented by 17 years as a successful entrepreneur operating her own in-home childcare business.

Early Childhood Director (she/her)

Kaci attended the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire where she received her Bachelor's in Music Education. After College, Kaci taught K-12 General and Instrumental music for 5 years. Kaci has been at the YWCA since May 2023, mainly working with the 2-year-olds, until moving into the director role in May of 2026.

Spanish Language Program Coordinator (she/her)

Liliana is currently pursuing her associate’s degree in marketing, strengthening her skills in outreach, communication, and community engagement, while supporting Spanish-speaking individuals and families through inclusive and culturally responsive programming. She is a proud and active citizen of her community and is passionate about empowering the Latino community, building meaningful connections, and ensuring that language is never a barrier to participation, while remaining committed to developing programs and services that reflect the needs, strengths, and voices of the communities she serves.

Director Youth and Family Potential (she/her)

Sue brings more than 30 years of leadership experience working with nonprofit organizations in the Green Bay area, with much of her career dedicated to Early Education and Care. Throughout her professional journey, she has remained committed to supporting young children and their families by fostering safe, nurturing environments where they can grow and thrive.

Sue holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Psychology from University of Wisconsin–Green Bay and earned her Child Care Administrator Credential from University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.

Outside of her professional work, Sue is actively involved in animal welfare through a nonprofit organization she helped establish, which provides foster care for pets belonging to individuals experiencing domestic violence situations, as well as a free pet food pantry and low-cost vaccine and wellness clinics for community members in need.

Associate Director | Finance - Agency Management | Humana

Evelyn Ceesay is a seasoned finance professional and community leader based in De Pere, Wisconsin. She is an Associate Director in Agency Management at Humana, overseeing financial reporting and commissions for external producers. Previously, she spent over a decade in progressive finance roles at Schneider National. Evelyn is a licensed CPA and holds both a degree in accounting and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin system. Beyond her professional achievements, Evelyn is an ordained minister and actively serves as Treasurer and Director of Ministries at Kingdom Agenda Church, in addition to volunteering in educational and community initiatives. Her leadership is guided by integrity, faith, and a commitment to empowering others.

Kristin Achieved he BSN from Bellin College of Nursing and Master’s Degree in Nursing Education from University of Phoenix. Currently working as an Assistant Teaching Professor at UWGB as well as working with Employer Clinics with Bellin Health for the summer months

Financial Advisor | Creative Planning

Kimberly has a bachelor’s degree in Personal Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a master’s degree in Business Administration from St. Norbert College, and is a Certified Financial Planner™. She is a Financial Planner with Creative Planning where she prioritizes providing superior customer service while delivering innovative and effective solutions to help clients meet their goals. Kimberly also currently serves on the board of the Wildlife Sanctuary and is a part of the Green and Gold Gala Planning committee for Family Services. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two kids.

Business Development Manager | Greater Green Bay Primary Care & Medical Specialist

Katie received her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in Human Resources Management and a minor in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Since then, she has been an integral part of Aurora Health Care, bringing her expertise to various roles including Human Resources, talent acquisition, physician recruitment and integration, and most recently, as Business Development Manager for the Greater Green Bay and Marinette communities.

AVP, Branch Manager | Johnson Financial Group

Cathy has worked in the banking industry for over 28 years - the last five of which she has spent at Johnson Financial Group. As the Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager, Cathy leads a team of financial professionals to provide exceptional service and help clients achieve their financial goals.

Professor | University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point

Dr. Chelsea Faase teaches in the Leadership, Literacy, and Social Foundations department at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. One of Chelsea’s greatest impacts on the Greater Green Bay community has been her leadership and coordination of the Girls Leadership and Development (GLAD Camp) Summer program at St. Norbert College. Additionally, Chelsea uses her knowledge, passion, and talents to support local nonprofits like the Greater Bayland Literacy council, where she sat on the executive board for multiple years, as well as Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin for which she is on the board of directors. Chelsea has dedicated her life to empowering young girls, advocates for diversity and inclusion, and is always looking for ways to educate herself and others on systemic disparities that impact our community. This is why she is thrilled to be joining the YWCA board of directors as well.

Liza founded and operates a small business in the medical device industry.  LAZ Medical, LLC helps surgeons deliver exceptional results for patients throughout Wisconsin.  She is a proud University of Wisconsin-Madison alumna and carries its commitments to inclusive excellence, diversity, and public service with her as she contributes to the YWCA community.  As a third generation YWCA Board Member, Liza takes pride in being part of an organization dedicated to uplifting and empowering women and girls throughout the Green Bay community. 

Associate Dean: Health Sciences | Northeast Wisconsin Technical College

As Associate Dean of Allied Health Programs at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, Selena brings 18 years of experience in education and workforce development.

A proud NWTC alumna, she holds a technical diploma in Medical Assisting and an associate degree in Healthcare Business Services. She furthered her education with a bachelor’s degree in Career, Technical Education & Training from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Oklahoma State University.

Director of Development & Training | Madison Gas and Electric

Miriam currently serves as the Director of Development & Training for a community utility company, where she partners with corporate and field leaders to bring out the best in all employees. She holds a B.A. in Sociology, with honors, from the University of Virginia.

With over 20 years of experience in leadership development, organizational strategy, and change management, Miriam is passionate about helping leaders and teams thrive through times of growth and transformation. She has held global leadership roles in both operations and human capital consulting and is an ICF-certified executive coach who brings a people-centered, inclusive approach to her work.

Director of Business Operations & Excellence Experience | KI

Molly Layden Schweitzer serves as Director of Business Operations & Excellence Experience at KI, where she leads initiatives focused on operational excellence, employee engagement, customer experience, and continuous improvement. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and has over two decades helping teams and organizations improve performance through collaboration, innovation, and leadership.

Molly is passionate about empowering women and believes that when women are supported and provided opportunities to thrive, they strengthen not only their families but also the entire community. This belief aligns closely with the YWCA's mission of eliminating racism and empowering women, making her service on the Board of Directors especially meaningful.

An active volunteer and community advocate, Molly enjoys supporting organizations and initiatives that create positive impact throughout Greater Green Bay. She resides in Ashwaubenon with her husband and daughter. In her free time, Molly enjoys DIY projects, spending time at the family lake cottage, and creating memorable experiences with family and friends.

Assistant City Attorney | City of Green Bay

Rachel graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with degrees in political science and Russian Language and Civilization, before obtaining her law degree from Hamline University School of Law. Rachel is currently the Brown County representative on the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Board of Governors, serves on the board of directors for NeighborWorks Green Bay, and is a founding board member of the Baird Creek Parkway Neighborhood Association. Rachel was named one of the Future 15 Young Professionals by Greater Green Bay Chamber of Commerce in 2022 and one of the Top 40 LGBTQ Lawyers Under 40 by The National LGBTQ Bar Association in 2021. With a passion for advocating for justice and inclusion, Rachel engages in projects promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and access throughout Greater Green Bay. Rachel lives on the east side of Green Bay with her wife, Danielle, and her three children.

Director of Community Engagement and Student Advocate | University of Wisconsin-Green Bay

Eva is the Director of Community Engagement and Student Advocate at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where she strengthens partnerships across the region and elevates student success and belonging. A proud first-generation UW-Green Bay alumna, Eva brings more than a decade of experience in community engagement, youth development, and advocacy for underrepresented populations. Prior to her current role, she served as the Executive Assistant & Event Specialist in the Chancellor’s Office and as the Community Engagement Coordinator at Casa ALBA Melanie, where she collaborated with local agencies to support Latino families and launched programs such as Salud Para Todos, a wellness initiative for Spanish-speaking individuals. Her earlier career includes extensive work with youth in trauma-informed settings, education, and foster care support. Eva is passionate about building inclusive pathways, amplifying student voice, and fostering collaborations that strengthen the university’s connection to the community. She currently serves as the Advisor for the Women of Color student organizations here.

Senior Deal Specialist | BMO Financial Group

Tricia recently moved back to the Greater Green Bay community after spending several years working and living with her family in the Milwaukee area. Tricia has over 25 years of banking experience, 15 of which have been with BMO Harris Bank where she is a commercial deal specialist for corporate and commercial lending operations. Tricia has a bachelor’s degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Through the years she has volunteered for many worthy organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement, and Paul’s Pantry. Tricia is extremely excited about her role on the YWCA board and is dedicated to living our mission statement of eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.

Community Volunteer | Health & Wellness Professional

Brooke has over 20 years of health and wellness experience. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational/Corporate Communication from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay, and has worked toward a Masters Degree in Health and Wellness Management. In addition to previously held roles in the health insurance industry, alumni relations, and health and wellness management, Brooke also taught group fitness classes for close to 13 years. In her spare time she enjoys painting, reading, working out, golfing and spending time with her family. Brooke is excited to contribute to the mission of YW and to help empower and advocate for women through all dimensions of wellness. 

Attorney | Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry, S.C.

Christina graduated from Rice University with a degree in history before obtaining her law degree from George Washington University, in Washington, D.C. After beginning her career there, Christina moved to Green Bay to be close to her family and has enjoyed becoming involved in the Green Bay community, including as a member of the board of directors of The Art Garage. Christina is passionate about empowering women girls and is excited to be a member of the YWCA board of directors.

Corporate Risk Senior Analyst | Faith Technologies, Inc

Erin Thayse is a Business Analyst at FTI and a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay. She brings an analytical yet empathetic approach to her work, pairing problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to equity and inclusion. Erin is passionate about creating opportunities for women to thrive independently and believes in breaking down barriers that limit access and representation. Through her service with the YWCA Greater Green Bay, she is dedicated to supporting the mission of eliminating racism, empowering women, and strengthening the community for all.

Associate Dean (Retired): Trades and Engineering Technologies | Northeast Wisconsin Technical College

Jill has been a passionate leader in engineering, manufacturing, and education for over 30 years. As an Associate Dean at NWTC, she supports several engineering technologies programs and also co-leads a team developing Industry 4.0 strategies and pilot programs that integrate manufacturing, engineering, and IT programs. Jill graduated from UW-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. She has worked for Eastman Kodak, Hewlett Packard, P&G, Rockwell Automation, and Paper Converting Machine Company. Jill is also a board member of KenyaHELP, a group dedicated to providing educational opportunities for economically challenged students in Meru, Kenya.

Vice President, Export Sales | Schreiber Foods

Alfiya is responsible for profitable growth of Schreiber Foods’ export business. She develops and executes strategy for selling goods to overseas customers, manages organizational resources, and leads sales and customer service team members. Her work experience also includes product management, brand building, and international business development at Kohler Co. Alfiya received her bachelor’s degree in international business from Lakeland College and an MBA with emphasis in marketing from Marquette University. She resides in De Pere with her husband, daughter, and son. Alfiya is passionate about building a diverse and inclusive culture in our community.

Vice President Revenue Management- Truckload | Schneider

Amy brings more than 30 years of transportation and business leadership experience to her service as a nonprofit board member. During her career at Schneider, she has held leadership roles across finance, commercial strategy, operations, and revenue management. She earned a master’s degree in supply chain management from the University of Denver and an undergraduate degree in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Amy is also a key leader in Schneider’s Women’s Network. She is passionate about supporting women, strengthening communities, and advancing the YWCA’s mission.
