We’re looking for someone who can lead welcoming, engaging, and safe fitness classes for participants of all ages and abilities. We’re excited to welcome instructors who want to bring their own creative class ideas to the class!
What You’ll Do
Lead dynamic and accessible group exercise classes.
Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants.
Adapt programming for a wide range of ages, abilities, and comfort levels.
Develop new or specialty classes based on your expertise and passions.
Ensure participant safety by following YWCA policies and best practices.
Represent our YWCA mission to empower individuals and strengthen community.
What We’re Looking For
Enthusiasm for aquatics, fitness, and helping others grow.
Ability to teach or willingness to learn a variety of formats.
Strong communication and motivational skills.
Experience in aquatics, group exercise, or early childhood instruction is a plus—but passion and willingness to learn also go a long way!
Certifications in lifeguarding, water fitness, or CPR/AED are helpful (or ability to obtain).

Join Our Team as a Full-Time Childcare Teacher!

✅ Schedule (two options):
Full-Time: Monday - Friday, Five 8-hour schedule or Four 1- hour Schedule
Part-Time: Monday-Friday, 6 hours, 12:00-6:00PM
✅ Responsibilities:
Create & Implement Lesson Plans – Develop fun and engaging activities to inspire learning and creativity.
Build Relationships – Forge strong, trusting connections with parents to support children’s growth and development.
Ensure a Safe Environment – Provide a caring and stimulating space where children feel valued and secure.
Foster Positive Behaviors – Effectively guide and manage children’s behavior with patience and consistency, promoting emotional and social development.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
A warm and energetic individual with a passion for teaching and nurturing children.
Experience in childcare or early childhood education is a plus!
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Join YWCA as a Lifeguard/Swim Instructor. Help keep our pool safe, welcoming, and full of positive energy. If you love the water, stay cool under pressure, and want a part-time job that actually matters—jump in.
What you’ll do:
Watch the pool like a pro and enforce safety rules
Respond quickly and confidently to emergencies
Create a friendly, inclusive environment for all swimmers
Keep the pool deck safe, clean, and welcoming
What you need:
Current Lifeguard + CPR/AED/First Aid certification, or ability to get certified
Strong focus, great communication, and a positive attitude
Availability for evenings and/or weekends
