Four-year-old Kindergarten is an important and exciting time for children! At YWCA Greater Green Bay we lay a foundation for life-long learning through play-based learning to help enhance social and academic skills. Our 4-K teacher is certified through the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, and our program is offered in partnership with Green Bay Area Public School District, which means families are able to send their children to our 4-K program for free! Wrap-around care options are available before and after school for an additional fee. Families who come to us for child care enjoy great benefits, including a YWCA household membership with discounted access to our programs like swimming lessons, gymnastics, and more!

Covid-19 Protocols
The children’s health and wellness is our number one goal. Masks must be worn for ages 5 and up– all employees wear masks as well. The children will be washing their hands when entering the rooms, before and after meals and throughout the day. The YWCA Child Care teachers have a frequently touched cleaning list plus a daily cleaning list as well. Please keep children who do not feel well at home.
