The YWCA changes lives every day.
The YWCA Greater Green Bay has been an integral part of Green Bay since 1919 and as we enter our 100th anniversary we are even more committed to making a difference in our community. We are a vibrant organization on a mission to empower women, inspire children and create a more inclusive community. We are succeeding in doing this by continually developing relevant and community essential programming that promotes lifelong learning and wellness, embraces diversity and enriches the lives of families.
Our longstanding programs and services include: The Women’s Career Closet; Madison Street Boutique; Stand Against Racism; TechGYRLS; a Reggio Emilia inspired child care center; noncompetitive youth fitness programs, fitness and wellness classes adapted for minorities and seniors; and swim lessons for all ages and skill levels. Our main service lines include: Women’s Empowerment, Social Justice & Advocacy, Health & Fitness, Aquatics, and Child Care.
