Take an hour to focus on you! In this Yoga + Journal session participants will begin with 20-25 minutes of slow flow movement and breathwork to get grounded and present. The second part of the session we’ll put pen to paper with guided journal prompts around the theme of self-care. Journaling is often considered a therapeutic tool to declutter the mind and provide insight into one’s self. Come see what you might uncover! We’ll save some space at the end to connect and share if anyone would like to. Participants are encouraged to keep their video on as part of the connection piece in this workshop.
Useful materials for this workshop: journal, pen, yoga mat, and blanket or two (or bath towels) for support.
