CARDIO classes place an emphasis on raising your heart rate and increasing endurance.

Cardio Sculpt

Variety of cardio exercises. May include lightweight training.


Uses the interval format; full effort bursts followed by low intensity recovery.


Kickboxing HIIT
Kickboxing HIIT Express

Combine various kicks and punches to create a short routine.
HIIT class follows interval format (full effort bursts followed by low intensity recovery). May include lightweight training. Express Class = 30 min.

Step Aerobics

This routine-based class incorporates an exercise step.

Total Body Conditioning

Uses the Tabata format; 20 seconds of high intensity followed by 40 seconds of lower intensity. Includes lightweight training.

DANCE FITNESS combines rhythmic music and cardio exercise for an aerobic routine that feels like a party!


Combination class mixing all types of music with all types of dance.


Latin rhythms and fun, easy to follow moves.

Zumba Gold
Zumba Gold CHAIR

Take Zumba down a notch; great for true beginners. Chair classes incorporate a chair.

MIND/BODY classes place an emphasis on posture, balance, and flexibility along with mental components like focus and relaxation.


Combines strength benefits of Pilates with flexibility benefits of yoga and adds cardiovascular intensity.

Power Yoga

Ashtanga format; hold the same series of poses for five breaths before moving through a Vinyasa, or flow.

Yin Yoga

Dedicated to calm relaxation; hold poses for longer periods to promote flexibility and range of motion.


Ancient practice that promotes balance, energy and deep breathing. Chair classes incorporate a chair

STRENGTH classes place an emphasis on muscular strength and endurance.

Balls & Bands

Total body focus using exercise balls and resistance bands.


Body weight exercises using a barre for balance.

Body Shaping

Total body focus. Barbell based exercises.

Core & More

Focus on abdominals, hips, lower back etc.

Strength & Stretch

Total body focus using a variety of equipment. Portion of class dedicated to stretching.

Strength Training

Total body focus using a variety of equipment.


Silver&Fit - Experience

Designed for older adults looking for moderate level, well-balanced exercise routine


A paddle sport created for all ages to play. The rules are simple and the game is easy to learn

Mind over Miles

Whatever your endurance goals maybe, this class is perfect to help you meet them. Walk/run routes will be pre-printed at the beginning of the class, which will start from the YWCA Lobby and continue all over downtown Green Bay. You will have a couple different distances to choose. (use of fitness center in case of rain)

Group Vida Joven

Build to get Spanish speaking older adults moving and more active- the whole class can be done from a chair or standing
