MIND/BODY classes place an emphasis on posture, balance, and flexibility along with mental components like focus and relaxation.

Yin Yoga

Dedicated to calm relaxation; hold poses for longer periods to promote flexibility and range of motion.


Ancient practice that promotes balance, energy and deep breathing.


Focuses on stretching all the major muscles in the body while sitting in a chair.

CARDIO classes place an emphasis on raising your heart rate and increasing endurance.


Uses the interval format; full effort bursts followed by low intensity recovery.

Joint Movement

Low impact class, great for beginners.

Cardio Kickboxing

Aerobic class, using kickboxing moves.





DANCE FITNESS combines rhythmic music and cardio exercise for an aerobic routine that feels like a party!

Ballroom Dance

Join us for a fun start to date night or come alone and meet new people. Lessons will include swing, jive, waltz, foxtrot, Cha Cha, tango and a few others. Please wear non-grip shoes so you can move easily. Class is fun and friendly and a nice light workout. 

Cardio Dance

Combination class mixing all types of music with all types of dance.

Dance Cardio Lite

Low impact and intensity. Combination class mixing all types of music with all types of dance.

STRENGTH classes place an emphasis on muscular strength and endurance.


Body weight exercises using a barre for balance.

Strength Training

Total body workout using weighted equipment.

Total Body Conditioning

Focuses on the whole body by using mostly strength exercises with some cardio


Silver&Fit - Experience

Designed for older adults looking for moderate level, well-balanced exercise routine


A paddle sport created for all ages to play. The rules are simple and the game is easy to learn

Group Vida Joven

Build to get Spanish speaking older adults moving and more active- the whole class can be done from a chair or standing

Self Defense

This self-defense class is based on the martial art of Aikido. You will learn practical self-defense skills that work against larger, stronger attackers while gaining stamina, balance, flexibility, coordination, strength, and resilience.
