Chief          Executive  Officer

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the key management leader of the YWCA Greater Green Bay. The CEO is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The CEO is the primary spokesperson to the media, community, members, significant donors, other YWCAs and the national YWCA.

Member Service Representative            

Position Status: Open / Part-Time

Number of Positions Available: 1

 

The YWCA Greater Green Bay is committed to empowering families to create a positive life and inclusive community by helping women and children improve their overall health and wellness.The Member Services Representative will be directly responsible for providing the highest quality service to members and the community. The interaction with our visitors and guests will occur in person, on the phone and through email. This position is often the first person a visitor sees and it is critical to create a positive, welcoming experience for everyone as well as correctly communicate the services the YWCA provides.

Gymnastics Assistant

We are currently looking for a gymnastics’ assistant coach to assist the YWCA Gymnastics Program. The position will teach gymnastics classes in accordance with the purpose and policies of the YWCA Gymnastics Program. The gymnastics assistant coach will go through an orientation with the head coach then will teach classes independently.

Swim Instructor/ Lifeguard

Position Status: Open

Number of Positions Available: 3

The YWCA prides itself in its exceptional swim lessons and water fitness classes. This position is responsible for providing a safe swim environment for all users of the aquatic areas. In addition, this positions teaches swim lessons and water classes. Private swim lessons may be available.

ChildCare Assistant Teacher

Position Status: Open

The YWCA Greater Green Bay is committed to empowering families to create a positive life and inclusive community by helping women and children improve their overall health and wellness. We are currently looking for a dynamic assistant teacher to work with our onsite after school program and assist with kitchen duties.
