All classes are included with Packages unless noted. Registration required for classes taken individually.

Locker Rental
Lockers may be used while you visiting the facility. The YWCA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lockers and locks may be rented at the Hendrickson Member and Visitor Center in the lobby.

A different workout and instructor each week.  Power Sculpt, Yoga, step, Balance and Flex, gliding and more!  Schedule is posted in the Laird Room.

A variety of basic step and kickboxing exercises that give you the cardiovascular workout you need. Class will end with exercises for the abdominals and back.
