Bullying is Never Cool!

Bullying is NEVER Cool! is a YWCA program developed in response to an increased awareness of how traumatic the problem of bullying has become in our schools.  The two-hour program is geared specifically for elementary school students in grades 3 and 5.

The goal of the program is to give children the ability to change the atmosphere at their schools and become aware of the students who may be tormented or ignored by bullies. Bullying is NEVER Cool! focuses on learning to accept differences in others and on empowering children to rally against bullying and to assist those who are victims.

Bullying is Never Cool! is expected to launch in six to eight schools in the Green Bay School District in 2012 with plans to expand to additional schools and districts.
