Informed Consent for Program and Recreation Participation
All forms of physical activity involve a risk of injury. By voluntary participation in YWCA programs and activities, you assume and accept any and all risks of injury related to that activity.

Class Cancellations
Occasionally a class is cancelled because of insufficient enrollment. Registrants will be notified in advance if a class will not be held, and the appropriate credit or refund will be made.

In the event the YWCA is closed because of inclement weather, the closing will be announced on local radio and television stations. When the Green Bay Public Schools close, all YWCA classes will be cancelled and the pool closed. When Green Bay Public Schools delay classes, all morning classes are cancelled, and the pool is closed. When Green Bay Public Schools dismiss early, all late afternoon and evening YWCA classes are cancelled, and the pool is closed. The YWCA Child Care & Learning Center and the Health & Fitness Training Center will make every effort to remain open. Unfortunately, individual classes cancelled because of inclement weather cannot be rescheduled and refunds cannot be made.

Credit Policy
The YWCA offers individual class credits when theYWCA cancels your class. Class credits must be used within six months of the issue date. No makeup classes, credits or refunds are given if a missed class results from a vacation, inclement weather or personal reasons.

Refund Policy
Payments for fees, packages, and classes are nonrefundable. A refund may be issued only if the YWCA cancels your class. No refunds or reimbursements are given for time loss or time changes that result from fund raising events, necessary maintenance or construction in or to the building, or class cancellations related to inclement weather.

Service Fee
A service fee will be assessed for returned checks and rejected credit card charges.

Photographs/Videotape
The YWCA reserves the right to photograph and/or videotape adults and children participating in our events and programs. Images may be used in promotional materials, advertising, and on the YWCA Web site.

Concealed Carry
In light of Wisconsin's new concealed carry law, YWCA Green Bay - De Pere is prohibiting firearms in our building.
