YWCA Executive Director Kathy Hinkfuss

Kathy Hinkfuss was born and raised in the Green Bay - De Pere area.  Prior to joining the YWCA Kathy was an officer at Humana a Fortune 100 company.  As VP of national service operations, Kathy and her team were recognized nationally for their commitment to service and their customers.  Kathy spent 18 months in sales with Associated Financial Group where she earned the "Rookie of the Year" award and "Presidents Club" award for sales of new business.

Kathy  spent the last two years raising her children and pursuing her master's degree.  When evaluating her next career move Kathy stated "I want to make a difference in my community.  As Executive Director of the YWCA I achieve that goal but I am also blessed with the ability to shape the future for women and young girls."

Kathy is a Licensed Practical Nurse with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management.   Kathy will graduate from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh in 2012 with her Master's Degree in Business Administration.

Kathy resides in Green Bay with her husband of 20 years, Timothy Hinkfuss.  They have 3 children.  Madeline (19) attends the University of Missouri.  Marie (16) and Michael (15) both attend Notre Dame Academy. 

Kathy enjoys traveling, sailing, reading and golf.
